We use the name, email address, website URL, LinkedIn profile URL and voluntarily uploaded LinkedIn PDF to run the requested audit and deliver its report.

The website scanner reads public pages from the submitted domain. The LinkedIn URL is validated and checked for a matching link on the website. The live LinkedIn profile is not scraped; profile findings come only from the PDF provided by the profile owner.

The uploaded PDF is processed to produce structured presence signals. The raw PDF and extracted profile text are not retained. Audit records, structured findings and reports are retained for 7 days, then deleted by the scheduled retention process.

If you select the optional email-updates box, we retain your name, email address, consent time and consent source so we can send occasional practical information and service updates about AI visibility, SEO and personal branding. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a message or contacting hello@consultproservices.com.

Operational providers may process PageSpeed, email and hosting data. We do not sell your contact details. Contact hello@consultproservices.com for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests.
